Every facility has their mission statement posted for all to see, a testament to their purpose for being in business. Policies, procedures and attitudes of the staff are all means of carrying out each facility's mission. When a nurse is asked at a facility, 'how much of your time is spent doing paperwork that is not contributing to the facility's mission, the nurses' response should not be "most of it."
If our dedicated work can produce a product that can reduce the amount of time wasted on meaningless and redundant paperwork by staff in health care settings, then we have accomplished our mission and our goals. To accomplish our mission we believe that it is our job to create the best state-of-the-art software possible, which is affordable to the customer and to support that product beyond our customer's expectations. The most successful facilities from the perspective of finance and care are those that know and follow their written mission statement. As a software company that provides for those successful facilities, we too must know and follow the purpose of our business.
